Showcase of Dave's skills

Dave is such a good handiman--I totally hit the jackpot when I married him! (and not just because he's a master at repairing things) This past week in Big Piney, he got a chance to show off some of those skills.

Dave sanded, stained and varnished the floor at Pompa's house. Here is the finished product:

So Shiny! I love the pattern of the floor and the stain and varnish show it off so well. Dave worked really hard and it turned out great.

He also installed some doors around the water heater so it isn't just hanging out in the kitchen. Looks great!

Jed loves anything of Daddy's. The hat was a

little big until Dave rolled it up.

It was Matt's birthday while we were there. We made a little poster for him to tell him how much we love him.
