Jed's favorites

When my sister Hanna was about 3, she had a collection of favorite things that she'd load up into a big bag and carry around with her. She had a couple of bears, several books, random small toys, and a pair of my dress-up pajamas. My mom snapped a picture of Hanna with all her favorites and it's a great memory of our childhood.

Today when I came around the corner and saw Jed hunkered down with all of his favorites, I couldn't help but think of Hanna, what a sweet sister she's always been, and how she'll be MARRIED in less than a month now.

Jed will certainly not be married in a month from now! No matter how great your daughter is, Jed has to wait until he's 30 to look a girls.
