Just thought you all might enjoy seeing our pumpkins from this year. Dave has great carving skills and really outdid himself this year. I went through the "guts" and attempted roasting the seeds, and they were smelling awesome, and then...they burned. Anyone with advise or recommendations on how long to cook the seeds, send it quick! Hope you all had an awesome Halloween!

Very cool pumpkins, Holly! Looks like you guys had fun. Good luck with the seed thing. We don't do the seeds but we do cook the pumpkin though so I can tell you about that. Have fun!
