We had fajitas for dinner last night and as I was getting things ready, I couldn't help but notice how beautiful the peppers and onion looked together. So fresh and bright and delicious. After they were cooked, our fajitas and mexi rice were pretty gorgeous too, but we devoured them too quickly to take a picture. YUM!
