Brotherly Love

Jed has completely overcome his skepticism of Hank and loves him so much. Hank recognizes Jed's voice and turns to look at him whenever he hears him. It is so comforting as a parent to see them love each other. Sometimes Jed loves Hank a little too much, like when he yanks on his arm or kisses him a little enthusiastically, but overall he does really, really well.

 

Jed loves to hold Hank. He asks me all the time if he can sit with "baby Hank" and holds out his arms for me to lay Hank in. Here they are last night, snuggling a little after dinner.  

Such sweet brothers! Hank is pretty good about being loved on, even if Jed doesn't support him terribly well all the time. Hank will give a squawk if he's not comfortable and then Jed can't escape quickly enough, so it works out well for both parties. Brotherly love only goes so far, I guess.
