Jed on wheels

 Jed has started riding his bike! He has basically taught himself after a few pointers from Dave and I. I am amazed at his confidence and ability to just take off and go for it. He and our neighbor Jeremy have a great time riding up and down the driveway and into the grass. They also like to start at the top of the sidewalk and ride down, since there is a small incline, and bump into the tires on the Rodeo. They think it's hilarious.

 The other day it POURED--such a relief after a long hot week. Jed and Jeremy had so much fun riding around in the rain.

They were totally soaked...and totally thrilled with themselves. They had a great time riding around in the puddles and were sad when the rain finally let up.

Every day Jed becomes a little more confident on his bike. He hasn't yet ventured into the road, but I am sure the time is fast approaching. I am looking forward to the time when he can ride beside Dave and I on our morning bike rides instead of being squished into the cart with Hank. Oh, this big boy of mine is growing so fast! I love him so dearly!
